Bea is a group fitness coach and a professionally-trained life coach. She started teaching yoga in 2015 and evolved her movement practices with IHP, Pound, and HIIT. Outside of coaching, she also consults for an L&D company conducting workshops and team buildings. Her teaching methods focus on self-awareness and exploration. She believes that everyone is welcome in the room.
